- A bachelor's degree in construction management or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relative work experience is required.
- Previous experience in construction is required, preferably in the heavy highway industry.
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written) and computer skills.

The Estimating Coordinator Position
The Estimating Coordinator plays a pivotal support function for Toebe's estimating team and ensures accurate and timely bid submissions for both public and private construction projects across the State of Michigan. The position processes bid documents from agencies/owners, handles bid schedules, timing for bids to occur, action items upon being awarded a bid, and exporting bid information into the appropriate software system. The role is multi-dimensional, fast-paced and requires accuracy and efficient work on multiple projects at a time.
