Insight Global is hiring a Customer Experience Specialist supporting the Consumer Direct lending team of a large mortgage client in St.
The individual acts as the primary consumer contact to guide a consumer through the loan origination process after the licensed discussion with a loan officer.
The individual is a key contributor to facilitating efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives, responding to at least 50 emails a day in regards to customer statement and questions.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
