- Develops treatment plans and administers therapy, taking into account discharge requirements, expected functional status post-discharge, and necessary equipment and materials.
- Educates, collaborates with, and consults patients, families, and healthcare colleagues, recommending specialist referrals when needed.
- Assigns tasks to assistants, technicians, and students via clear written and verbal instructions, determining the level of expertise required for optimal patient care.
- Records all information following departmental guidelines.
- Carries out assessments, follow-ups, and consultations for Speech Services.
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology
- No prior experience necessary
- No prior supervisory experience required
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist certification
