- Develops treatment plans and administers treatment while considering discharge requirements, anticipated functional status upon discharge, and the need for appropriate tools and resources.
- Provides education, collaborates with, and consults patients, families, and fellow healthcare professionals, offering recommendations for specialist referrals when necessary.
- Assigns tasks to aides, technicians, and students through clear written and verbal instructions, assessing their capabilities to deliver interventions meeting the patient's needs effectively.
- Ensures timely and accurate documentation following departmental guidelines.
- Conducts assessments, reviews, and consultations for Speech Services.
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology
- No prior experience required
- No previous supervisor experience necessary
- Hold a License as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certification
