    Description
    IntePros is seeking an Executive Assistant for one of our client's, a leading health insurance provider in the Greater Philadelphia market place. This role does have onsite requirements in Philadelphia, PA.

    Job Summary: The Administrative Project Specialist provides direct administrative and project support to the Vice President to facilitate their daily activities in achieving departmental objectives and mission.

    Responsibilities:
    • Screen, annotate, redirect, respond to, and distribute inquiries and correspondence within established guidelines and judgment.
    • Compose, transcribe, edit, proofread, and process correspondence, speeches, presentations, graphs, charts, etc., as required.
    • Assist in coordinating associate engagement events and giveaways, as needed.
    • Compile metrics relating to ongoing initiatives.
    • Collect, distribute, collate, and summarize information from staff at the direction of the VP.
    • Assist in implementing initiatives, process improvements, and changes.
    • Track costs, performance, and other metrics.
    Additional Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent knowledge.
    • Extensive experience with executive office protocol, confidentiality, business decorum, procedures, and processes.
    • Extensive working experience with Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
