    Responsibilities How Will You Contribute to the Company? Cradlepoint is actively seeking an Sr Integration Engineer to join their world-class Business Applications team.

    The successful candidate will use their considerable integration expertise to make important decisions which will affect the quality and the timely completion of complex integration projects.

    Along with the other members of the team, their contributions will make a lasting, positive impact across Cradlepoint's Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations efforts.

    What Will You Do? The Sr Integration Engineer will be the primary resource responsible for setting up the Integration strategy and consolidating A2A and B2B integration landscape.

    The successful candidate will work on designing, developing, and implementing various integration solutions across our ERP, CRM, and other business applications.

    This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data flows efficiently and will be responsible for optimizing data storage and retrieval processes.

    The successful candidate will work independently and with the team to understand the integration needs and come up with scalable and secure integration solutions.

    The Sr Integration Engineer will work cross-functionally with all departments, helping to manage Stakeholder requirements and expectations, ensuring the Business Applications team and the Company's success.

    Define and gather requirements and conduct design sessions for technical solutions Develop, test, and document advanced integration solutions and data migration elements of business applications in the CRM, ERP (Finance, SCM), and HCM domain Establish best practices for design and implementation to deliver scalable integration solutions, build integration strategy based on principles of reusability, security, scalability, and quality Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of appropriate integration practices, standards, and guidelines Work with cross-functional teams and document detailed integration Process flows Perform database design, optimization, and troubleshooting tasks to ensure high performance and reliability Develop application integration solutions using integration platforms like, MuleSoft, Snap Logic etc.

    on cloud service providers like AWS/Azure, as demonstrated by architecting and delivering a complex integration solution Develop B2B integration solutions working on EDI ANSI X12 and EDIFACT Support and develop Azure Logic apps and Function apps Propose, conceptualize, design, implement, and orchestrate solutions from end-to-end integration independently

    Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

    BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience plus at least eight (8+) years of related experience Seven (7+) years of Integration development experience Five (5) years of experience in EDI, API Development (SOAP and/or REST+JSON) and API Management Seven (7) years of experience in Middleware Tools (like MuleSoft, Boomi, Logic apps, MSSI, etc.)



    Five (5+) years of experience in implementing integration solutions with ERP/CRM/eCommerce/HCM systems like:

    Workday, SAP, Oracle, D365 F&O, Salesforce, or other SaaS and On-Prem systems Two (2+) years of experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors and developing ETL scripts Ability to program in at least one of the following: Java, JavaScript, or Python Strong proficiency in database management systems, SQL Experience with data design, integration architecture, and data modeling in distributed cloud/hybrid environments Strong understanding of the Azure platform, and its various services & data storage options Self-starter and be able to work both independently and in a team setting Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and in English Understanding of relational database concepts (e.g.

    , logical schemas, physical table structures, data attributes, primary and foreign keys, query languages, security, control, backup, and disaster recovery)

    Good familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira) Excellent personal and project organization skills, ability to work cross-functionally with members in all departments Experience translating business requirements into working solutions with integration diagrams and flow charts Good understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies (SaaS, PaaS), multi-tenancy, multi-tiered infrastructure, serverless computing, and CI/CD Good understanding of JSON, XML, XSLT, XSD, and XML parsing processes Strong SQL experience, preferably with Microsoft SQL Server Note:

    Your Pay:
    The salary range for this position is listed below.

    The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

    $98,700 - $194,350 Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus.

    This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint's Senior Leadership team.

    Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

    For California employees, we offer a subsidized HMO option through Kaiser. Cradlepoint also offers subsidized dental and vision coverage.

    We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. Cradlepoint's 401(k) plan has a 4% company match and immediate vesting. Employees will also receive company-paid employee basic life and AD&D insurance and company-paid disability benefits.

    Cradlepoint provides generous paid time off, including: 15 days of Flexible Time Off (FTO), four paid quarterly well-being days, and 11 paid annual holidays (includes nine company holidays and up to two floating holidays).

    Please note that an employee's FTO balance and floating holidays may be prorated in the first year, based on start date.

    Cradlepoint also offers paid maternity-leave benefits and six weeks 100% paid family leave for all employees.
