About this job
NielsenIQ's Retail Collaboration team is focused on helping suppliers and retailers grow their business through the use of common data sets that unlock new opportunities.
In this new role you will have the opportunity to work with Walmart BevAl suppliers as they discover new value with exclusive NIQ data sets sourced from Walmart Luminate Channel Performance.
Empowering businesses with real-time supply chain management, precise inventory optimization, and strategic supplier relationship management, among other game-changing insights.You will collaborate internally with Retail, Account Development, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure we have the offerings that resonate and drive value with our clients.
You will be responsible for supporting clients as they onboard Walmart BevAl suppliers to our program and driving continued satisfaction.
Drive onboarding and training clients on the tool
Assist clients with API data onboarding
Main point of contact for Customers for customer requests, problems, and questions
Maintain positive customer relationships by becoming an industry-expert partner
Network to identify new needs from our customers and potential business growth
Own strategic partnerships and minimize customer churn
Participate in events and forums
Qualifications
Typically, 4+ years of work-related experience.
Experience working with a CPG or retailer, specifically in roles related to sales, category management or supply chain management.
Background working with Walmart Retail Link or Luminate Channel Performance data.
Understanding of data analytics industry, business model, products, services and solutions.
Experience with SQL, Python or other coding languages
