- Assisting with the preparation of opportunities and quotes for customers
- Supporting our customers by eloquently answering phone calls and emails
- Assisting with organizing and shipping curriculum samples to schools
- Work closely with 1-2 Renewal Account Managers on a daily basis
- Maintaining customer information in Salesforce, the organization's Customer Relations Management (CRM) tool
- Developing own research project based on sales, education, or a related subject
- Sophomore class or higher at a college/university or any year at graduate school
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects
- Experience with one or more of the following is a plus: Excel, Microsoft Outlook SharePoint and/or Salesforce
- Open to all undergraduate or graduate students interested in Sales and/or pursuing a degree in Business Administration seeking valuable work experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills needed.
- Interest in K-12 education is a plus.
