About Us

Our client, known for the installation of digital price tags, is currently seeking several team leaders (m/f/d) to join their team immediately.

Your Profile

You have successfully completed a training in retail or related industries.

Ideally, you have previous experience in leading a team.

You possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

You are able to coach, motivate, and develop a team.

You are resilient and flexible in a dynamic work environment.

Willingness to travel (75%).

Service and customer-oriented mindset.

Fluent in written and spoken German.

Valid driver's license.

Your Responsibilities

After a 3-6 month training period on the installation of electronic price tags, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of assembly workers.

Ensuring smooth project execution and necessary documentation for the client.

Responsible for achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Conducting trainings for internal and external staff.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Contributing to the optimization of individual processes.
