Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Take overall responsibility for upselling/cross-selling with the existing customer base within the assigned territory and expanding the pipeline.
  • Prioritize opportunities.
  • Identify a suitable solution for the customer based on requirements and observations and develop a proposal for presentation.
  • Conduct follow-up discussions with customers to present proposals, either in person or online
