Description

Our client is a leading company in the pharmaceutical industry with many years of market experience and over 3,000 employees in state-of-the-art European development and production sites.

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Management Manager (m/f/d) for our Farmington location in the Operations department, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Continuous analysis of relevant supply chain key figures and derivation of improvement initiatives to increase profitability and liquidity
Optimal coordination of sales forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels to avoid disruptions in the supply chain
Cross-functional collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders to agree on common goals and strategies for success
Establishing trusting relationships with customers to efficiently and effectively meet their needs
Managing a team of 20 employees, including 5 team leaders as direct reports
Continuous research on industry trends and innovative methods to optimize our own processes

Your qualifications:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or other relevant fields
At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry
Several years of leadership experience
Excellent expertise in production planning, material disposition, inventory planning, S&
