Do you enjoy working with children and want to support their individual development? Do you possess strong communication, problem-solving, and improvisational skills? Then this program is perfect for you It combines social work with early childhood education.

You will learn about social pedagogy in one of our day care facilities and become part of a dedicated team.

The theoretical phases will take place at the DHBW in Stuttgart.

What you need:

High school diploma or equivalent (for equivalent, a study aptitude test at DHBW Heilbronn is required)
Friendliness and politeness in dealing with people
Creativity and artistic abilities
Responsibility and resilience

What to expect:

Practical training in a day care facility at the Office for Family, Youth and Seniors
In addition, the dual system includes studying at DHBW Stuttgart. As is typical at DHBW, the practical and theoretical phases alternate every 3 months.
Bachelor's thesis at the end of the practical phase
