    Description


    Are you enthusiastic about shaping the future of renewable energy? We're in search of a Solar Project Engineer to join our client's team and drive innovation in the dynamic field of solar energy.

    As a pivotal team member, you'll utilize your extensive experience working on Utility-Scale and C&I PV projects to spearhead our client's efforts in delivering solar projects ranging from 1MW to 100+MW.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and engineer solar energy systems tailored to client needs and project requirements.
    Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for permitting and construction purposes.
    Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project execution and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
    Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to commissioning.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
    Proven experience in solar project engineering, design, and implementation.
    Proficiency in CAD software and solar design tools (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope).
    Strong understanding of electrical systems, photovoltaic technologies, and industry best practices.
    Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
    P.E. license or relevant professional certifications (e.g., NABCEP) preferred.
    Familiarity with Vermont's renewable energy policies, incentives, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
