Project management and control of construction projects
Implementation of heating, ventilation, and plumbing construction projects with the entire range of services according to § 55 HOAI
Conducting tenders, awarding contracts, invoicing, cost control, and documentation of construction projects as a representative of the client
Technical responsibility for the operation of the building
Energy considerations in the renovation of heating, ventilation, and plumbing construction projects and development of strategies for increasing efficiency of technical building equipment, as well as support for energy management in projects for climate protection and building energy efficiency.
Your profile:
Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Building Services Engineering or comparable qualification
Knowledge and experience in the field of client representation, project management and control of construction projects in the above-mentioned trade
Experience in planning and construction management of systems in the above-mentioned trade
Customer-oriented behavior in the role of the office as a service provider
Personal commitment and initiative as well as solid IT skills
Sense of responsibility, negotiation skills, and teamwork as well as possession of an unrestricted driver's license of class 3 or EU standard B.
