As an Account Director at CMC CONNECT, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining successful, long-term relationships with our clients, proactively managing any project or client issues that arise. In parallel, you will provide internal leadership to achieve best-practice financial management and forecasting while working to explore business development opportunities. This role offers great variety and you will use your existing medical communications experience to work across our full range of accounts.
We are looking for someone who enjoys a busy and supportive culture and is passionate about providing high-level service to clients and our internal teams. In this role, you will be responsible for overall client services and financial delivery on your accounts, so a flexible, proactive, organized attitude is essential.

Salary
$120,000 – 130,800k annually
The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (application to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
