    LNHA Administrator Pennsylvania – High End Healthcare Provider

    Very Competitive Salary and all depends on experience from $110K to $125K

    Oakburn Samuel is currently looking for an outstanding experienced LNHA Administrator for a high end Skilled Nursing provider with a great reputation that's been acquired by a non-fopr profit provider of senior care and housing for residents. With six locations in Western New York, this is the largest provider of rehabilitaion, Mmemory Care, Extended Respite Car and skilled nursing

    You will be responsible for the overall management, leadership, growth, and profitability of the facility. Plans, develops, directs, monitors and supports all operational, administrative, clinical, human resources, customer service and fiscal activities for the facility's programs and services so as to ensure quality and consistency with company standards. Actively promotes the Company's Mission, Philosophies and Beliefs in all daily interactions.

    Develops and maintains positive interactive partnerships with associated facilities. Must have an excellent reputation on improving census/occupancy and running 4-5 star facilities

    Supervisory Responsibilities

    The Administrator supervises the Director of Nursing Services, Facility Account, Patient Care Coordinator, Rehabilitation Services Manager, Admissions Manager, Support Services Manager, Dietitian, Food Service Manager, and the Administrative Assistant.

    Qualifications

    · Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

    • Freedom from illegal use of drugs.
    • Freedom from use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
    • Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions, (word processing, graphics, databases, spreadsheets, etc.)
    • Excellent ability to supervise, instruct and motivate others.
    • Strong organizational and analytical skills; oral and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability in independent functioning and strong leadership.
    • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred. Proven leadership ability with at least three (3) years experience as an administrator in either a long term or sub-acute care facility.
    • Current Administrator license in the state.

    Language Skills

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and policy procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, clients, customers, and the public.

    Ability to define and solve problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in statistical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
