Job Description

As a Senior Corporate Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management and reporting processes of our company. You will be responsible for preparing budgets, financial statements, and other financial reports to provide valuable insights for decision-making. Ensuring compliance with tax laws and accounting standards will be a key aspect of your role, along with maintaining accurate financial records and documents for external audit.

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare budgets, financial statements, and other financial reports.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and accounting standards.
Financial Information: Provide financial information to management and stakeholders.
Financial Records: Oversee and enforce compliance with accounting standards.
Financial Documents: Prepare records and data for external auditors.
Financial Transactions: Record financial transactions accurately.
Financial Management: Allocate funds for each department.
Financial Bookkeeping: Manage expenses and bookkeeping.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and various departments.
Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in financial reporting and compliance.
Business Acumen: Sharp business sense to aid in decision-making processes.
Deadline Management: Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
Ethical Behavior: Exemplary ethical behavior when handling confidential financial documents.
Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with staff members.
Certifications: QuickBooks certification is a must. CPA certification preferred.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in QuickBooks and ADP.
