The Account Manager will assist in the development, expansion, and maintenance of HPOne's client relationships to achieve customer retention and growth.
They will serve as the client advocate and advisor, deepening customer relationships through meaningful daily interactions.Duties/Responsibilities:
Ensure effective facilitation, coordination, development, implementation, and execution of the client programProvide consultative support to assist client in meeting business goalsManage coordination, monitoring and tracking of deliverables to ensure service delivery of key client and HPOne success factorsBuild and maintain positive relationships with clients and all internal departments to deliver service as outlined in the program objectivesOffer solutions to enhance client performance and expand the services provided by HPOneConduct daily/regular internal operational meetings to review performanceMaintain a working knowledge of the entire call center operation as well as project operationWork with quality assurance to ensure consistency in call evaluationsManage change management process for assigned clientResolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner Performs other related duties as assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant concentration3 years of experience in a client facing account management or client services roleAbility to solve complex problems in a customer-facing roleDiscipline and organization to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong relationship management skills, both internally and externallyStrength in gaining consensus across a multidisciplinary team (internal & external partners, client)
Proven ability to understand customer data and make recommendations to operations/client based on analyticsExcellent verbal, written and Microsoft Outlook skillsStrong experience in creating and presenting customer presentationsHigh level of integrity, judgment and follow throughStrong attention to detailPreferred Skills/Abilities:
Experience in a business-to-business customer environment with health plans or within healthcare
Physical Requirements:
