- Monitor the impact and ROI of the Key partnerships to inform future planning and strategy related to prospective partnerships.
- Build and nurture business relationships with key Health Care Partners, stakeholders: physicians, obstetricians, midwives, prenatal nurses, and educators.
- Keep the organization's vision and values at the forefront of decision-making and action.
- Prospect, develop and implement strategies to penetrate partnerships to execute targeted growth and maintain/protect any portion of the business that is vulnerable to competitive threat.
- Conduct business reviews with partners key decision makers to uncover opportunities, address important business trends, and monitor competitive influences.
- Report on performance of their respective territories, advice on strategies to encourage growth.
- Monitor the impact and ROI of the Key hospital partnerships to inform future planning and strategy related to prospective partnerships.

- Standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to "think on your feet" and respond to unforeseen demands or changing circumstances.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities.
- Minimum B.Sc. in a scientific or business discipline, or an appropriate combination of education and experience.

For locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $90,000- $105,000 CAD.
