Your Responsibilities

  • Your main tasks include handling commercial transactions, as well as topics related to order processing and invoicing.
  • You will be responsible for independently documenting and regularly communicating with internal and external contacts.
  • Additionally, you will handle customer complaints and escalate them as needed.
  • You will diligently review exportrelated documents and customer approvals.
  • You will not only maintain customer contacts, but also develop them further.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed commercial education
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 36
  • Previous experience in sales support and technical understanding is a plus
  • Excellent German and English skills
