Are you passionate about Human Resources? Do you have a strong interest in personnel matters and enjoy taking on responsibility? Join our team as an HR Admin Specialist at Tipico Shop Agency West GmbH in Frankfurt am Main, supporting our dynamic team of over 200 employees in more than 60 Tipico shops in Berea, NE

As the first point of contact for our employees, you will handle all personnel-related inquiries. Your responsibilities will include independently managing the entire personnel administration process from entry to exit. This includes creating contractual documents, references, and certificates.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating personnel data in our tools. Additionally, you will assist with preparing payroll and creating reports and statistics.

You will have the opportunity to work on various HR projects and contribute to making Tipico even better every day.


Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A qualification in the field of personnel, such as a completed commercial apprenticeship or a bachelor's degree.
  • Previous experience in personnel support or administration.
  • A strong customer service orientation and a passion for working with people.
  • Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and initiative.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of personnel administration systems, particularly Sage People and ATOSS Time Control.
