We are currently seeking a Product Development Employee (m/f/d) for our company in Danville, WA.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Independently plan and work on development projects
  • Creatively develop new tea blends, including meeting specific customer requirements
  • Sensory testing of flavors and tea blends
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations for new products
  • Consideration of food safety aspects
  • Document and optimize internal processes
  • Create evaluations
  • Present tea products to customers and colleagues
  • Create food law compliant labels for tea samples
  • Attend trade shows

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Ideally completed studies in nutrition or food science or a comparable vocational training (e.g. master baker or pastry chef) or
  • Career changers with a passion for highquality products
  • Creativity and a sense for current trends
  • Confident in dealing with customers
  • Customeroriented thinking and acting
  • Independent, precise work style as well as flexibility and resilience
  • Teamwork, high motivation, and reliability
  • Good English skills in speaking and writing
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
