Working student in personnel marketing (all genders)


As a working student in the field of personnel marketing, you have the opportunity to contribute creatively and independently to the development and conceptualization of our recruiting and marketing strategy, and to support our social media and recruiting team in their daily tasks.


STRONG TASKS

  • Independently creating and publishing job postings
  • Help us attract the right talent for MTU
  • Support in developing recruiting strategies and contributing your own ideas
  • Conducting research tasks, e.g. on events, conferences, and trends
  • Where should MTU present itself as an employer?
  • Participating in the regular editorial meetings of our social media team and the opportunity to create your own content
  • Supporting in the organization of career fairs/events
  • Carrying out small projects and assisting in the daily tasks of our recruiting team

BEST REQUIREMENTS

  • Studies in the field of business administration, media studies, communication design, or a comparable field of study
  • First practical experience in HR or marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • First knowledge in video content creation is desirable
  • High reliability and organizational
