STS Government Solutions, LLC is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC) in Germany.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Master's degree in nursing.
  • Graduate from an accredited program approved by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Programs (COA).
  • Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist from the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) or the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
  • Relevant experience to meet clinical competency requirements outlined in the credentialing instructions.
  • Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse anesthetist.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage patient anesthesia experience, including preoperative evaluations and preparation.
  • Administer various types of anesthesia, such as monitored anesthesia care, regional anesthesia, and general anesthesia.
  • Monitor and manage patient reactions to anesthesia and surgery, administer fluid therapy, perform and manage invasive monitoring, and conduct postoperative evaluations within the scope of awarded privileges granted by the medical treatment facility (MTF).
  • Comfortable with providing offsite anesthesia for procedures such as gastroenterology, interventional radiology, and bronchoscopies.
  • Experience administering anesthesia to healthy pediatric patients undergoing minor ENT, urology, and dental surgeries.
  • Proficient in administering neuraxial anesthesia for obstetric patients.
