    Job Title: Junior Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our high-performing Customer Service Department as a Junior Customer Service Representative.

    Position Overview: As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by efficiently handling tasks such as entering customer orders into our ERP system (Fishbowl), managing requests for pricing, samples, and documents in our CRM program (Insightly), and providing valuable support to our inside sales representatives. Moreover, this role is designed to be dynamic and adaptable, presenting a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. In addition to your core responsibilities, there may be opportunities to contribute to special projects, collaborate with other departments, and take on tasks that contribute to the overall success of the organization. This flexibility allows for an enriched work experience and the chance to broaden your skill set while actively participating in the achievement of company-wide goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Order Processing:
      • Enter customer orders accurately and promptly into the Fishbowl ERP system.
      • Ensure order details are complete and error-free.
    2. CRM Management:
      • Input requests for pricing, samples, and relevant documents into the Insightly CRM program.
      • Maintain accurate and organized customer records within the CRM.
    3. Customer Support:
      • Assist inside sales representatives with direct customer support inquiries.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns.
    4. Communication:
      • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure clarity and understanding.
      • Provide timely updates on order status and issue resolution.
    Additional Duties:
    • Willingness to undertake tasks from other departments as needed.
    • Adaptability to support various functions within the organization.
    • Openness to cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
    • Previous experience in customer service and/or nutrition industry is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proven ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Demonstrated responsiveness and ability to handle tasks in a timely manner.
