Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Document each customer contact in database.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
  • Generating insurance quotes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, solve or refer problems.
  • Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
  • Educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Requirements:


  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • General Lines Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multitask, followthru and followup.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, selfstarter who works well independently.
  • Must have ability to multitask.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Great Customer Service Skills.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
