    Description

    The Account Manager is responsible for implementation of new clients, as well as ongoing management of existing clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work with a team of professionals to complete Affordable Care Act reporting for assigned national customers.
    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and brokers.
    • Develop and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
    • Maintain accurate client records and track contract updates.
    • Liaise between the client and internal business partners.
    • Perform regulatory audits and year-round maintenance.
    • Coordinates ACA process to ensure compliance with the Affordable Care Act reporting and IRS filing.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
    • Above average knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Strong communication skills
    • Strong work ethic, organization, and problem solving skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    • Manage time-sensitive tasks effectively
    • Exceptional decision-making and administrative skills
