AirPro Diagnostics, LLC is searching for an experienced Accounting Manager to join its growing accounting team. This position allows for advancement to the Controller level for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transaction.
• Create and analyze liability, asset, and capital accounts by compiling electronic data and required documentation.
• Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports.
• Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations and roll out reconciliation procedures.
• Monitor and maintain a new audit system by implementing new policies and procedures in the finance department.
• Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts and providing information for auditors.
• Guide junior accountants and other staff by answering questions and coordinating informational classes.
• Participate in implementation of new accounting systems and supporting systems.
• Play a vital part in the company's financial management which includes all account reconciliations and reporting to necessary parties.

Experience/Education Requirements:

• 7-10 years' experience in public/private accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting required. MBA would be a plus.
• Experience with charts of accounts.
• Experience with Quick Books.
• A/R experience.
• EOM closing procedures.
• Invoicing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Stable work history
