- Implement strategy across BGS Commercial Parts Business segments, BCA Fleet Chief and Fleet Support teams, BGS Sales & Marketing, Demand Planning, Forecasting, Engineering and Supplier Management organizations to strengthen Boeing's product offerings
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams in a cross-functional environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- Minimum 5 years of experience interpreting data and presenting analysis with recommendations to executive leaders
- Minimum 3 years of experience building relationships across separate functions
- Knowledge of, and Experience achieving financial performance targets through Profit & Loss leadership
- MBA / Master's degree
- Experience in the commercial aviation industry with emphasis on aftermarket aircraft support
- Experience with business consulting, marketing, sales, finance and/or supply chain
- Knowledge of statistical analysis concepts such as normal distribution, standard deviations, mean, probability, and confidence levels

Senior Program Manager (Level 5) to join our
Commercial Aircraft Spare Parts Business team in
Plano, TX.
This individual will be responsible for a segment of the Commercial Parts business, providing Integrated Product Team leadership, performing business management, data analysis and strategy development duties, internal and external executive-level communication.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future .
Position Responsibilities
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
