Description
Join Our Team as a Housing Operations Manager!Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of housing facilities
- Plan and coordinate activities of the Unaccompanied Housing Program
- Represent Housing Section with various organizations
- Independently conduct quarters inspections
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Manage administrative operations for housing
- Evaluate cleanliness and maintenance of facilities
Requirements:
- Specialized experience at the GS-07 grade level or equivalent
- Knowledge of agency management procedures and business principles
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or equivalent education
- Comply with Federal Time-in-Grade requirements
Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of housing principles and regulations
- Budget development skills
- Safety and security expertise
- Audit and evaluation capabilities
Additional Information:
