    Job Description

    Coalition Greenwich, a top global provider of financial services data and insights, is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join their Small and Mid-size Enterprise (SME) Analytics team. Based in Stamford, CT, this role reports to the Director, SME Analytics.

    The Customer Success Associate will serve as a consultant to clients, aiding them in deriving value and enhancing the adoption of a range of data & analytics products in the U.S. Commercial Banking sector. The main objectives include offering insights based on data, supporting product development, and assisting clients in expanding their business through successful product deployment.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Gaining expertise in our product suite and effectively communicating our competitive edge.
    • Understanding clients' objectives and developing account success plans.
    • Driving client training, support, engagement, retention, and growth, including regular reporting on client health.
    • Providing actionable insights to clients' senior management for strategic decisions.
    • Engaging with key client stakeholders to make data insights actionable.
    • Collaborating with various teams to support client-focused product development.
    • Identifying and implementing process enhancements in coordination with relevant departments.
    • Leading user acceptance testing for product updates.

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • Prior experience in banking, FinTech, or market research/data industry, or a consultative client-facing role for 2+ years.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to drive revenue growth in commercial banking.
    • Independent project management capabilities.
    • Proficiency in launching initiatives and resolving complex issues through analysis.
    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present effectively to various audiences.
    • Quantitative analysis skills with sound judgement.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Commercial banking background with relationship management experience is advantageous.
