Main Job Duties:

Plan Production Schedules: Create schedules considering manufacturing limits and available resources.

Manage Output Targets: Coordinate with Production Engineering to meet production goals. Ensure resources and knowledge are available for successful production.

Learn New Product Methods: Gain knowledge on new products and methods for production. Prepare for smooth transition to full production.

Organize Support Processes: Arrange processes for timely delivery and quick ramp-up for production and customer support. Ensure quality meets standards through effective processes and team training.

Maintain Infrastructure and Improve Efficiency: Manage production infrastructure and promote efficiency through Lean Manufacturing concepts. Lead initiatives for continuous improvement, like 5S and Kaizen events

Requirements:

Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business or Manufacturing Operations preferred
High School Diploma
Military Leadership Background is a Plus
5+ years' experience in a manufacturing/production environment
2+ years in a leadership role, within manufacturing
Experience with Microsoft Office
Strong problem solving skills
Business Engineering background preferred
Knowledge and experience with Lean Manufacturing and SAP/ERP systems strongly preferred

Pay:
$90, $110,000.00 per year
