    The Regional Sales Manager will be based in the North East United States.


    As the Sales Manager, you will be a key customer point of contact accountable for delivery on customer satisfaction and for providing Flex management with information to evaluate sales opportunities.

    What a typical day looks like:


    You will be in charge of the direct sales of Flex's services to targeted accounts within Flex Power Modules via direct selling and team management.

    Identify and pursue target accounts and determine potential customer opportunities in assigned geographic sales territory or industry segment.
    Develop business plan to identify prospective customers and/or key divisions to initially penetrate and grow business in target accounts.
    Target and win business in the accounts assigned to maximize revenues and enhance customer satisfaction.
    Provide technical and administrative services information, demonstrations and quotes.
    Work with Flex support teams to drive tactical plan.

    Work with pre and post-sales support teams to ensure the optimal customer solution is defined (presales) and delivered (post sales).

    Regularly interact with executives of major prospective customers, involving customer negotiations or influencing and persuading other senior level managers.
    Manage and support prospect tracking and sales forecasting.
    Travel as required

    The experience we are looking to add to our team:

    Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of sales/account management experience.
    Experience working within Power or Energy industry
    Experience managing sales team.

    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
