    Five Star Placements is working with a family-owned paint retailer in New York City that is rapidly expanding. The business is looking for a Business Development Representative with 1-4+ years of sales experience to build grow their B2B partnerships.

    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to take ownership and initiative in their role with the guidance and support of the company's sales leader.

    Key responsibilities for the role include:

    • Hunt for new business through cold outreach and selling in the field to potential partners, such as home builders, contractors, and facility managers.
    • Manage clients relationships to maintain your book of business
    • Manage and grow your sales territory

    This is a full-time, hybrid position that would require selling and managing relationships with prospective clients in the field.

    Compensation Range: $50k-$60k base, with total first year earnings of $100k+
