    Job Summary:

    The Marketing Intern plays a crucial role in Social Media Management, focusing on three core areas: Content Creation, Community Engagement, and Community Management. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role supports the Marketing department of the Company. The preferred candidate should have a genuine interest in social media, possess a meticulous attention to detail, exhibit self-motivation, and be enthusiastic about learning and evolving in a dynamic environment. The team member will tackle clerical, analytical, and administrative tasks, requiring a creative flair and a dedication to enhancing both online and offline customer experiences.

    Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

    • Effectively utilizes various marketing tools and functions like community proposals, presentations, brochures, photography session coordination, multiple websites, social media platforms, online reviews, videos, and more.
    • Creates, manages, and monitors community engagement events across all Inspire communities and shares posts through social media management tools.
    • Devises and implements dynamic marketing campaigns for the Company's community collection, internal clients, products, services, and content.
    • Coordinates the creation of marketing content as necessary, emphasizing event-related and membership marketing content such as emails, blog posts, graphics, videos, and offline materials.
    • Utilizes creative software like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to craft flyers and social media posts for enhanced consumer engagement and support for the Field team.
    • Demonstrates a deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences. Tracks the daily activity on the Company's social media channels and websites, reporting on social media trends, audience insights, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Aids in developing and executing social media strategies to boost brand visibility, enhance online community engagement, and run social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways.
    • Produces graphics, videos, written content, and print materials aligning with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
    • Assists each assigned community in exploring and establishing relationships with unique marketing opportunities tailored to the customer base's interests.
    • Collaborates with community personnel to identify potential marketing avenues like major employers, community outreach initiatives, sports leagues, and devises innovative marketing strategies where relevant.
    • Executes any other tasks as instructed by authorized personnel.

    Required Skills/Abilities/Knowledge:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant applications such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills with a knack for understanding technology and Company-specific systems.
    • Team player capable of working independently, possessing robust organizational and planning abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas, information, and concerns clearly, with the capacity to influence, motivate, and offer feedback.
    • Consistent ability to remain resilient and adaptable in fast-paced, occasionally high-stress situations, adjusting to changes in priorities, circumstances, directions, and especially when dealing with challenging customers.
    • Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure, adopting a problem-solving approach when confronted with contentious issues or time-sensitive demands.

    Education and Experience:

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Preferably, two to five years of prior professional experience in a similar role or related field.
    • A minimum of one year of relevant experience and/or training in the manufactured housing industry can be advantageous.

    Physical Requirements, with/without Reasonable Accommodations:

    • Long periods of sitting, using hands and fingers for handling objects, standing, walking, kneeling, reaching or lifting with hands and arms. Must maintain clear hearing abilities and be able to frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds.
    • Capable of regularly lifting and moving up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close and distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
