    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Integrations Lead with expertise in both Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance domains. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday's suite of applications and possess the technical proficiency to design, develop, and maintain integrations within the Workday ecosystem. This role requires strong leadership capabilities to guide a team of integration developers and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure successful integration projects.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Integration Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and maintain an integration strategy aligned with business objectives and requirements in both HCM and Finance domains.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand integration needs and prioritize projects accordingly.
    • Create integration roadmaps and project plans to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions.
    1. Technical Leadership:
    • Lead a team of integration developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
    • Define best practices and standards for integration development and ensure adherence to these standards across projects.
    • Conduct code reviews and quality assurance to maintain high-quality integrations.
    1. Integration Development:
    • Design and develop complex integrations between Workday and various external systems, including HRIS, payroll, finance, and other third-party applications.
    • Utilize Workday's integration tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) to build efficient and scalable integrations.
    • Implement custom integrations using technologies such as Workday's Integration Cloud Platform (ICP), REST/SOAP APIs, XSLT, and web services.
    1. Testing and Deployment:
    • Develop comprehensive testing strategies and perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of integrations.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and execute integration deployment activities, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner, providing support during critical business periods.
    1. Documentation and Training:
    • Create detailed documentation including integration design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.
    • Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams on integration best practices and usage of integration tools and technologies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • Extensive experience (5+ years) working with Workday HCM and Finance modules, with a focus on integration development.
    • Proven track record of leading integration projects from conception to implementation, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment.
    • Strong technical skills in Workday integration tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, and Integration Cloud Platform (ICP).
    • Proficiency in web service technologies such as REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
    • Solid understanding of HCM and Finance business processes and data structures within Workday.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding junior team members.
    • Workday certification(s) in Integration (preferred).
