    Description

    The Data Integration Lead Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Data Transformation Plan and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful execution. This position requires the ability to handle tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills, and expertise in project management. Analytical skills are essential to filter, prioritize, and validate complex information to support business requirements and data analysis.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage relationships with key stakeholders for day-to-day activities and meetings
    • Evaluate project status, identify risks, propose solutions, and escalate issues when necessary
    • Refine presentation content for Governance forums
    • Oversee program/project activities and dependencies, allocate work within the team
    • Offer solutions to resolve project issues and interpret policies/guidelines
    • Collaborate with Data teams and departments for project deliverables and processes
    • Conduct analysis and tasks for data initiatives, business requirements, and process mapping
    • Contribute to strategic project implementation and process improvement
    • Assess risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations

    Qualifications:

    • 6-10 years of experience in Banking or Finance
    • Project management experience
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
    • Understanding of data concepts
    • Effective communication skills and ability to influence relationships

    Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred
