- Design and implement network security tools and protocols in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking devices, and security systems.
- Assist in managing IT projects, including upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Develop and maintain onboarding and offboarding procedures for new users, including providing training and documentation.
- Manage and update company web and SharePoint sites.
- Deploy and maintain end-user devices, including imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery plans, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Provide advanced technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and video conferencing equipment.
- Manage IT assets, including inventory management, software licenses, and hardware warranties.
- Evaluate and recommend software, hardware, and IT services based on business needs.
- Administer Office 365 environment, including Active Directory management, security controls, and SharePoint configuration.
- Support Windows servers and desktops, including deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and maintain network switches and firewalls, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Conduct server and security audits, identifying and resolving vulnerabilities.
- Assist in developing and maintaining cybersecurity incident response policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT team members and stakeholders to address technical issues and implement solutions.

- Proficiency in Office 365 administration and applications.
- Experience with Windows server and desktop operating systems.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.

- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) a plus.
