    Description


    SMMA has an opportunity for a Senior HVAC Mechanical Engineer with 10+ years of experience, the ability to lead a range of multiple design project types, and a good balance of leadership, technical, communication, and organizational skills.

    Our Engineering team is a part of an integrated, multidisciplinary design firm with a dynamic mix of architects and engineers.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide project leadership from concept design through construction administration phases in a range of project types.
    Guide and mentor junior team members through project design phases.
    Represent the firm in client meetings and marketing pursuits.
    Demonstrate experience with a range of system types and an interest in continuing to learn.


    Requirements:


    10+ years of experience in building systems design and leading design projectsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalA PE is requiredA PE is required Knowledge of Revit, Load Calculation Programs, MS OfficeAbout the FirmSMMA remains one of the area's most unique design firms due to its composition, reputation, and focus.
