    About the role and what you'll be doing:
    The Sr.

    ABM Campaign Manager for State and Local Government will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring a range of strategic multitouch multichannel marketing programs, including inbound and outbound tactics, for prioritized account lists.

    Key activities include creating, delivering and iterating campaigns based on account intelligence, goal setting, demand generation and collaboration with sales to help secure meetings and meet revenue goals.

    The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, subject matter expertise in the ABM tools, workflows, processes and metrics used to enable delivery of ABM programs at scale as well as 1:1.

    This role will require specific expertise in marketing to State and Local Government organizations and education departments.

    This is a collaborative role that will require close alignment with Brand and Content, Marketing Operations, Partner Marketing and Product Marketing leads, as well as key stakeholders in the sales organization.

    The Sr. ABM Manager will be responsible for directly impacting ABM scorecard metrics.
    Extensive experience in the SLED vertical is a solid requirement. We are willing to train in ABM.

    Responsibilities include:

    Strategic Campaign Development:
    Design and execute ABM campaigns tailored to SLED accounts. Ensure alignment with strategic business objectives and KPIs to foster growth.

    Data-Driven Account Intelligence:


    Analyze target account lists to prioritize and group accounts based on opportunity, buyer need, persona, industry, buying cycle stage, and propensity to buy.


    Marketing Intelligence Analysis:
    Regularly monitor and analyze market intelligence to identify trends and communicate actionable insights to the sales team.

    Campaign and Content Creation:
    Develop and deliver targeted marketing programs and content to specific account lists, iterating for maximum engagement. Use AI-driven analytics to inform content personalization and effectiveness.

    Optimized Campaign Execution:
    Conduct A/B testing and analytics to refine messaging, creatives, and assets, maximizing response and conversion rates.

    Event-Centric Campaign Integration:
    Strategically incorporate SLED events into campaign development and execution. Plan and execute event-related marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with broader ABM strategies. Leverage these events as key touchpoints for engagement, lead generation, and relationship building with targeted accounts. Collaborate closely with the events team to create synergistic content and messaging that resonate with the SLED audience.

    Collaborative Teamwork and Sales Alignment:
    Work closely with the SLED sales team, ensuring regular communication, meetings, and alignment on campaign goals and tactics. Foster a collaborative environment to leverage the team's insights and expertise.

    Budget Management and Reporting:
    Manage and adhere to budget allocations, including following procurement and administrative processes. Forecast and report against key success metrics.

    Salesforce Utilization:
    Understand and use Salesforce steps required to activate individual ABM programs. Train sellers on the process.

    High-Value Account Focus:
    Build repeatable and scalable 1:1 program structures for high-value accounts in alignment with sales strategies.

    Industry Best Practices:
    Stay informed about ABM best practices, especially those relevant to the SLED sector.

    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
    Experience in marketing to State and Local Government and Educational organizations
    7+ years of B2B marketing experience
    Account-based marketing experience
    Understanding of campaign management and demand creation processes
    Insight gathering and analysis from multiple internal and external data sources
    Demonstrated creative skills (e.g., written and/or design skills) to drive personalization and relevance
    Proven experience working with marketing, sales and external vendors to deliver superior results
    Strong understanding of key marketing channels and how each channel impacts the scorecard
    Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of content marketing campaigns.
    A team player, who works well across internal teams to drive results – highly collaborative.

    A student of your industry, passionate about the IT industry and knowledge of legacy to cloud native technologies, would be a real plus.

    Adaptable & creative, you are curious, with a desire to learn and make improvements.

    A client first mentality, you understand the "big picture" and have an ability to pivot and adjust work and plans accordingly.

    A positive, 'can do' attitude with enthusiasm to be involved and contribute.
    Preferred Qualifications
    Marketo or Pardot experience
    Demandbase experience is a plus
