    Description


    We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to support and execute marketing programs, driving collaboration with stakeholders and elevating the brand.

    You will be responsible for supporting product launch, brand activations, asset management, campaign creation, special projects, and initiatives in emerging markets\/new verticals.

    This role is based in Baton Rouge, LA and reports to the VP of Marketing.


    Job Duties:
    Support GTM strategies and timelines for all channels (Direct, Retail, Team Sales, Hitter's House)
    Product Marketing
    Support product positioning.
    Creating consumer-facing copy from raw product information.
    Ensure consistency across communications.
    Communicate at the Brand, Category and Product level.
    Brand Campaigns
    Building out the extensions and opportunities for campaigns from initial concept.
    Research and propose new creative ways to activate.
    Photo\/video shoot scheduling, planning, pre-production and on-site leadership.
    Contribute to content calendar planning and support on-time execution of plans.
    Facilitation of reviews and final delivery of assets with outside vendor partners.
    Support retail - product positioning, assets delivery, Ecomm audits, opportunity follow-through.
    Manage special projects start to finish as opportunities arise.
    Explore new channels, partners and collaborations.

    Event or activation support (ex:
    sales meetings, tradeshows, Marucci World Series)
    Oversee social media presence and content creators.

    Support VP of Marketing Requirements\/Skills:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
    3+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing.
    3 years of leadership experience with supervision of direct reports.
    Working with creative teams
    Leading marketers
    The ideal candidate would also have experience in the following areas.
    Campaign creation
    Video\/Photoshoots
    Brand management
    Extensive experience organizing and leading photo\/video shoots.
    Exceptional written and verbal communication.
    Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    Strong organizational skills.
    Ability to multitask and thrive under tight deadlines and changing needs.
    Accountability and sense of ownership.
    Knowledge of baseball players, teams, rules, etc. is a plus, but not required.


    Physical Requirements:
    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
