What You'll Do:

Oversee subsidiary pursuits team, including prioritizing efforts, writing and reviewing key sections of proposals and facilitating interview preparation and delivery
Develop and refine winning strategies and themes, compelling messages, and persuasive benefit/differentiator pairs to best demonstrate knowledge, capabilities, and services
Review RFPs to determine alignment with local office and company goals and objectives
Establish, implement, and facilitate strategic proposal marketing materials locally, regionally, and nationally
Apply experience and best practices in proposal team management
Lead consistent interaction with staff throughout company to support and implement marketing strategy
Act as subsidiary POC and present marketing initiatives to leadership
May act as subject matter expert and/or lead company-wide initiatives on assigned service lines or markets
Oversee production of standard and customized proposal marketing materials for cohesive branding efforts
Follow up on pending submittals to determine wins and losses
Facilitate presentations for both prime and teaming opportunities
Utilize dashboards and reports to aid in load leveling within the department
Manage and oversee junior and mid-level marketing members
Mentor and engage in regular performance feedback for junior and mid-level marketing members
Translate strategic marketing initiatives into actionable items for junior and mid-level marketing members
Collaborate with marketing team to continually improve marketing processes and procedures
Collaborate with marketing team on special projects
Identify and track strategic pursuits
Assist with staffing initiatives
Lead branding best practices
Facilitate lessons learned and actions to improve process efficiency
Track trends and monitor marketing metrics
Participate in professional development activities

What We're Looking For:

BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or similar required
6 years of proposal management experience required, experience in marketing in the fields of architecture, engineering, and/or construction preferred
Proposal management experience within the public sector preferred
