- The main functions of the Account Executive are:
- Retaining current accounts.
- Developing and growing new accounts throughout LA.
- Connecting and maintaining relationships with Corporate Management Companies.
- Weekly review and strategy meetings with Dir. of Business Development and team
- Routine traveling for face-to-face client visits within your territory. Some overnight travel is expected may be necessary
- Frequent correspondence by phone and email.
- Market and coordinate new lines of service in facilities.
- Perform service line reviews.
- Organize meetings, events, and other opportunities to make MDB's presence known to LTCs and related relationships in your territory.
- Daily use of our CRM (client relationship management) software.
- Communicate any client issues up the chain quickly.
- Other marketing/sales projects as needed.

TERRITORY: South Louisiana
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields. (preferred)
- Must maintain a current driver's license and be able to travel.
- Preferred experience of 1-2 years of communications/marketing experience.
- Outstanding written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong experience preparing reports.
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Ability to learn CRM and other computer programs.
- Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
- Independent, organized, and motivated to work.
