CSI's Litigation Support Services division is looking for an exceptional individual to work in our records department drafting Subpoenas, Affidavits and Authorizations. Position Requirements:
Drafting Authorizations and Subpoena documents
Subpoena preparation
Admissible or inadmissible documents with Affidavits
Draft Direct Written Questions (DWQ's) and Affidavits based on Civil Rules of Procedures
Monitoring of individual Client Request and state allowed order deadlines
Specific Skills Required:
Excellent organizational skills
Good written and verbal skills
High attention to detail and deadline-oriented
Good communications skills and working in a team environment
Demonstrates an ability to work independently, use critical thinking in performing tasks and to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
