    Description

    This role will primarily support Litigation Attorneys handling complex commercial litigation matters, with a focus on construction and lien work.

    You will play a critical role in all stages of the litigation process, from initial case assessment and discovery to trial preparation and post-trial matters.

    Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
    Conduct extensive legal research and prepare memoranda on relevant legal issues.
    Manage and organize electronic discovery, including document review and production.
    Prepare and draft various pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
    Assist with scheduling and calendar management, ensuring deadlines are met.
    Coordinate communication with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
    Conduct due diligence and lien research.
    Attend hearings, depositions, trials as needed.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and databases.
    Perform other legal tasks as assigned by attorneys.


    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 10 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
    Extensive experience with complex commercial litigation, preferably in the construction and lien space.
    Proficient in e-discovery platforms and tools.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and document management systems (iManage a plus)

    Pay Details:
    $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
