- Coordinate staffing activities for hourly and salaried positions, including but not limited to recruitment, candidate screening and selection, hiring, and effective onboarding
- Ensure HR systems and records are accurate, maintained and organized and in a legally compliant manner
- Lead the Human Resources strategy of the plant and in line with business plans
- Develop and implement safety training and safety audit cycle
- Maintain a good relationship with government agencies and ensure legal compliances per statute
- Establish and maintain a training program and evolving training plans
- Maintain a data driven performance management system
- Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA (preferred)
- 12 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or PHR credential (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
