- Lead and manage the warehouse team, including scheduling, hiring, and staff management.
- Set and achieve operational goals, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Train and develop team members, ensuring effective communication within the team and with other departments.
- Handle product-related tasks such as unloading, quality inspection, and accurate weighing.
- Manage the processing of orders, including handling, sorting, and storage of products, to ensure the accuracy of inventory and delivery of orders to customers.
- 3-5 years of experience in a fastener warehouse environment.
- Leadership or management experience in warehouse, distribution, or operations.
- Strong written/oral communication skills and computer proficiency.
- Self-motivated with attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, organizational, and planning skills.
- Physical capability to handle packages up to 100lbs.
- Valid driver's license with a clear DMV record. Successfully pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen, background check, and previous employment verification.
