*Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

*Office: Torrance, CA

*Salary: up to 70K (DOE)

*Work Schedule: 8hours / 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday 5days / a week

*Job Duties:

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to Shipping, Receiving and Location Control.
  • Investigate and respond to Customer Claims and DTR, PRR, RDR related to FG Shipping in a timely manner. Maintain and submit the monthly reports to Management.
  • Facilities Maintenance and Repair in the assigned Operational area.
  • Provide Warehouse support / services to internal customers as necessary.
  • Evaluate systems and processes for Warehousing / handling of freight into and out of facilities.
  • Oversee and review assigned Warehouse Operations Customer Systems related to task.
  • Maintain Quality Records of Training and Processes for ISO on a current basis. Provide report monthly to management reflecting changed / updated processes and training documents.
  • Monitor our Revenue and Volume on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor department resources (Headcount, Space, Equipment).
  • Monitor and support department expenses. Work with Vice President to establish and maintain expenses within approved budget.
  • TSA and C-TPAT Security as needed.
  • Enforce Company Policy.
  • Ensure Regulatory compliance.
  • Create reports and Department KPI for teams and Management as identified.
  • KPI / Q Day Checklist as required.
  • Maintain Accurate Inventory level and Conduct Physical Inventory as required by Customers and LAW.
  • Protect us and our Customers Assets and Property to include Inventory at all times.
*Requirement:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience: 5-6 years' experience in Warehousing / Operations / Logistics


Required Skills:


  • Provide support to Alpine, ATUS Logistics, Quality Inspections, Office and Shipping positions and 3rd Party Team as needed.
  • Provide training and development to the Supervisors/ Leads as needed or when updated training or New Customers occur.
  • Multitask in stressful situations
  • Independent decision making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Work individually and as a team member

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
