*Work Schedule: 8hours / 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday 5days / a week

*Job Duties:

Investigate and resolve issues related to Shipping, Receiving and Location Control.
Investigate and respond to Customer Claims and DTR, PRR, RDR related to FG Shipping in a timely manner. Maintain and submit the monthly reports to Management.
Facilities Maintenance and Repair in the assigned Operational area.
Provide Warehouse support / services to internal customers as necessary.
Evaluate systems and processes for Warehousing / handling of freight into and out of facilities.
Oversee and review assigned Warehouse Operations Customer Systems related to task.
Maintain Quality Records of Training and Processes for ISO on a current basis. Provide report monthly to management reflecting changed / updated processes and training documents.
Monitor our Revenue and Volume on a monthly basis.
Monitor department resources (Headcount, Space, Equipment).
Monitor and support department expenses. Work with Vice President to establish and maintain expenses within approved budget.
TSA and C-TPAT Security as needed.
Enforce Company Policy.
Ensure Regulatory compliance.
Create reports and Department KPI for teams and Management as identified.
KPI / Q Day Checklist as required.
Maintain Accurate Inventory level and Conduct Physical Inventory as required by Customers and LAW.
Protect us and our Customers Assets and Property to include Inventory at all times.

*Requirement:

Required Experience: 5-6 years' experience in Warehousing / Operations / Logistics

Required Skills:

Provide support to Alpine, ATUS Logistics, Quality Inspections, Office and Shipping positions and 3rd Party Team as needed.
Provide training and development to the Supervisors/ Leads as needed or when updated training or New Customers occur.
Multitask in stressful situations
Independent decision making
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work individually and as a team member

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
