If you have experience working in an Japanese Bilingual Project Manager Assistant role, we want to hear from you

  • General telephone support /assist with troubleshooting equipment, services, etc.
  • Sales Support /Vendor research, researching and creating Estimates,
  • Assist the project manager with ordering, confirming, shipping, project progress, and information input (documentation).
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Business level English, Japanese
  • Energetic, persevering and motivated
  • Ability to plan, push forward, and get things done.

El Monte, CA.にて通信・IT Networking・セキュリティーカメラ・アクセスコントロール等の低電圧関連機器とサービスの販売・設置・保守をしている日系企業でのプロダクトマネージャーアシスタントの募集です。

プロジェクトを計画、遂行するお手伝いをして頂き、営業サポートから技術者サポートまで幅広い範囲でお手伝いして頂きます。英語・日本語が出来て、やる気のある方なら経験不問。基本のPC操作と日本語、英語対応力が必要です。

- 電話対応全般 /機材やサービス等のトラブルシュート手伝い
- セールスサポート/ベンダーリサーチ、調べもの、Estimate作成
- プロジェクトマネージャーのアシスト/アイテム発注、確認、発送、プロジェクト進行の手伝い、情報のInput(Documentation)

- アメリカでの就労資格
- ビジネスレベル英語、日本語(日本語ネイティブ大歓迎です)
- 社会人としての常識、良識とマナー
- 元気、根気とやる気がある
- 計画し、推し進め、終わらせる力


Pay:
$39, $48,000.00 per year

Experience:

- sales assistant: 1 year (preferred)
