- 熟悉OSHA法规,具备执行安全协议的能力。
- 熟练使用AS400或类似的仓库管理系统。
- 在电子商务或第三方物流(3PL)环境中有经验者优先考虑。
- 能够搬运重物并执行与物料处理相关的体力任务。
- 出色的组织技能,注重细节。
- 强大的领导能力,能够有效激励和管理团队。


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and product storage.
  • Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing OSHA regulations and promoting proper safety procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Utilize AS400 or similar systems to track inventory, generate reports, and manage warehouse operations.
  • Coordinate with thirdparty logistics (3PL) providers for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation.

Requirements:


  • Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in warehouse operations.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ability to enforce safety protocols.
  • Proficiency in using AS400 or similar warehouse management systems.
  • Experience in ecommerce or 3PL environments is preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with material handling.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
